DNA’s Music Entertainment, fronted by Athenia Henderson (vocals) and Devon Atherley (steel pan), delivers an electrifying fusion of Caribbean sound and live performance charm. Their offerings include steel pan-infused live shows, DJ services, MC hosting—and they can perform as a full-sounding duo without requiring a large setup.

Origin & Evolution:
Formed in 2009 with their debut at Ross’ Dockside in Sea Bright, NJ, Athenia and Devon have since graced Jersey Shore venues like Parker House, Bar A, The Mad Hatter, and performed at festivals such as Bene-fest and Artspiration. They also collaborate with NYC-based nonprofits to bring music to special events across all five boroughs.

Musical Roots & Style:
The duo crafts a seamless blend of genres—reggae, soca, bouyon, pop, R&B, and Afro—merging Caribbean rhythm with North American urban culture. Athenia writes and performs both original songs and covers; her voice has drawn comparisons to modern pop greats like Lauryn Hill.
